Do ballistic knives shoot the blade?
NO. Both versions are field legal because the blade is fixed in place and shoot BBs instead from a gas shotgun shell. V2 also has a flexible blade.
Are .STLs available?
Unfortunately, no. we received several reports of IP theft, file sharing, and other issues that led to DIY knives being pulled.
What is the range on ballistic knives?
V1 has an effective range of about 30 ft and is less accurate than V2. V2 has a 50 ft effective range thanks to the new bucking and barrel system.
Why is V2 Better?
V2 is made out of high quality, carbon fiber reinforced materials, has better range, and a flexible blade.
What shells work with ballistic knives?
Talisman offers PPS shells with V2 only as of now due to shortages. SHS, PPS, Dominator, & ShowGuns all make single bore shells that are compatible.
